a. A complete list of SQIs <strong>and</strong> ASIs are provided in tables 6-4<br />

<strong>and</strong> 6-5, respectively.<br />

b. Special qualification identifiers <strong>and</strong> ASIs may be awarded <strong>and</strong><br />

withdrawn based on the criteria in their respective tables.<br />

6–11. Redesignation of MOS<br />

a. Redesignation of MOS will be accomplished by the Comm<strong>and</strong>er,<br />

ARPERCOM. Requests for change of MOS will state the<br />

reasons for the change <strong>and</strong> will be forwarded through channels to<br />

the appropriate comm<strong>and</strong>. Each request will contain current MOS,<br />

MOS for which the request is submitted, reason for the request, <strong>and</strong><br />

t e c h n i c a l c e r t i f i c a t i o n f r o m t h e M O S p r o p o n e n t s u p p o r t i n g t h e<br />

request.<br />

b. Redesignation of MOS will be accomplished by authority of<br />

the State Adjutant General as prescribed by NGR 600-101. The<br />

process is initiated by or with the consent of the warrant officer.<br />

Technical certification from the MOS proponent or evidence of<br />

creditable prior service as a warrant officer in the requested MOS<br />

must be documented before to the redesignation.<br />
