b. Qualifications. Must successfully complete the Attache Staff Operations<br />

Course at DIC, Bolling AFB, Washington, D.C. Prior to attendance<br />

soldier must be accepted by the Defense Intelligence Agency.<br />

c. Restrictions. For use with MOS 71L in grades SSG <strong>and</strong> SFC only.<br />

E5 Instrument Maintenance USAES<br />

(Power Station)<br />

a. Description of positions. Identifies positions requiring soldiers to<br />

perform unit <strong>and</strong> direct support <strong>and</strong> general support maintenance <strong>and</strong><br />

calibration of electrical power plant monitoring <strong>and</strong> control instrumentation<br />

equipment.<br />

b. Qualifications. Must successfully complete the Prime Power Production<br />

Specialist Course, Ft Belvoir, VA.<br />

c. Restrictions. For use with MOS 52E only.<br />

E9 M901 (ITV) Gunner/Crew Training USAIS<br />

a. Description of positions. Identifies positions requiring soldiers<br />

qualified in ITV operations.<br />

b. Qualifications. Must successfully complete the ITV Gunner/Crew<br />

Training Course at Ft Benning, GA or Ft Knox, KY.<br />

c. Restrictions. For use with MOS 11H, <strong>and</strong> 19D only.<br />

F1 Operations <strong>and</strong> Intelligence (Special USAJFKSWCS<br />

Forces)<br />

a. Description of positions. Identifies positions requiring soldiers<br />

qualified to provide SF intelligence, operations, intelligence training<br />

<strong>and</strong> the application of counterintelligence principles encountered by<br />

Special Operations Units.<br />

b. Qualifications. Must successfully complete Special Forces Operations<br />

<strong>and</strong> Intelligence Course, Ft Bragg, NC.<br />

c. Restrictions. For use with MOS 18B, 18C, 18D, 18E, <strong>and</strong> 18Z only.<br />

F2 Antenna Installation ASIGC<br />

a. Description of positions. Identifies positions requiring soldiers involved<br />

in antenna installation.<br />

b. Qualifications. Must successfully complete the Antenna Installer<br />

Specialist Course at Sheppard AFB, TX.<br />

c. Restrictions. For use with MOS 31L only.<br />

F3 Corps/Installation Supply Operations USAQMS<br />

Automated<br />

a. Description of positions. Identifies positions requiring soldier materiel<br />

managers (E4 through E9) qualified in supply operations governed<br />

by the St<strong>and</strong>ard <strong>Army</strong> Intermediate Level Supply (SAILS) subsystem<br />

procedures.<br />

b. Qualifications. Must successfully complete the SAILS ABX/SAILS<br />

Management Course at Ft Lee, VA.<br />

c. Restrictions. For use with MOS 92A only.<br />

F4 Postal Supervisor USAAGS<br />

a. Description of positions. Identifies positions requiring soldiers<br />

(SGT(P) through SGM) qualified as a postal supervisor.<br />

b. Qualifications.<br />

(1) Have been awarded ASI F5.<br />

(2) Successfully cpmplete the Postal Supervisor Course, Ft Jackson,<br />

F5 Postal Operations USAAGS<br />

a. Description of positions. Identifies positions in postal activities, requiring<br />

soldiers qualified in the h<strong>and</strong>ling of international mail, U.S.<br />

mail, <strong>and</strong> money orders.<br />

b. Qualifications. Soldiers must have:<br />

(1) No record of:<br />

(a) Court martial conviction.<br />

(b) Punishment under Article 15 involving a postal-related incident<br />

within last 3 years.<br />

(c) Civilian conviction other than minor traffic violations.<br />

(d) Derogatory information or unfavorable conduct that casts doubt<br />

on the soldier’s trustworthiness <strong>and</strong> honesty.<br />

(e) Psychiatric disorder, alcoholism, or drug abuse, unless a medical<br />

evaluation determines the condition no longer exists.<br />

(2) Possess high moral st<strong>and</strong>ards <strong>and</strong> excellent military bearing.<br />

(3) Be financially responsible.<br />

(4) No record of relief from military postal duties for cause or criminal<br />

conviction.<br />

(5) Be a U.S. citizen, be eligible for a SECRET clearance, <strong>and</strong> have<br />

an Entrance National Agency Check (ENTNAC) or National Agency<br />

Check (NAC) on file.<br />

(6) No physical restrictions prohibiting duty involving prolonged<br />

st<strong>and</strong>ing, walking, or lifting of weights up to 70 pounds.<br />

(7) Physical profile (PULHES) of 211221.<br />

(8) Successfully complete the Postal Operations Course, Ft Jackson,<br />

SC.<br />

c. Restrictions. For use with MOS 71L only.<br />

F6 Cable Splicing USASIGC<br />

a. Description of positions. Identifies positions requiring soldiers<br />

qualified in cable splicing.<br />

b. Qualifications. Must successfully complete the Cable Splicer<br />

Course at Sheppard AFB, TX.<br />
