3 Senior RDTE NCO MSG 1. Principal NCO of sub-element, project, or primary sub-function
in a major unit element of a technical or tactical board with:
a. Two or more positions graded SFC.
b. Supervision of 20 or more soldiers is required.
2. Principal NCO in a major unit element of technical or tactical
board with 19 or less soldiers, or grade SGM is not authorized.
4 Chief RDTE NCO SGM Principal NCO of technical or tactical board with 20 or more enlisted
soldiers.
