b. Supervision of 20 or more soldiers is required.<br />

2. Principal NCO in a major unit element of technical or tactical<br />

board with 19 or less soldiers, or grade SGM is not authorized.<br />

4 Chief RDTE NCO SGM Principal NCO of technical or tactical board with 20 or more enlisted<br />

soldiers.<br />
