2. Facility as defined in TC 95-93 is an air traffic control (ATC) facility which includes personnel, equipment <strong>and</strong> structure that provides air traffic control service such as<br />

control tower, approach control (radar or non-radar), ground controlled approach (GCA), <strong>Army</strong> flight following service (AFFS), flight operation center (FOC), or flight coordination<br />

center (FCC).<br />

3. When TDA organizations are supported with additional <strong>and</strong>/or dual line TDA positions, the additional line(s) <strong>and</strong> base paragraph will be graded in the aggregate.<br />

4. When no grading guidance is provided by this table for coding TDA, MACOM Manpower Managers will coordinate with the appropriate Branch Personnel Proponents<br />

(listed in AR 600-3) to support additional grading of manpower requirements.<br />
