completed either the resident Target Analyst Course or the prescribed<br />

Title: NBC Reconnaissance<br />

a. Description of positions. Identifies position in a NBC<br />

Reconnaissance platoon/company <strong>and</strong> comm<strong>and</strong> positions in chemical<br />

companies with an organic NBC recon platoon that requires special<br />

training <strong>and</strong> skills to operate M93, NBC Reconnaissance System<br />

(NBCRS).<br />

b. Qualifications. Must successfully complete Branch Code 74 Officer<br />

Basic Course taught at USACMLS, Ft McClellan, AL, prior to attendance<br />

at NBC Reconnaissance Course at USACMLS. Reserve Component<br />

soldiers in Branch 74 are eligible to be awarded SI 5L upon successful<br />

completion of the course held at Ft McClellan, AL.<br />

c. Restrictions. For use with Branch 74 only in the grade of LT <strong>and</strong> CPT<br />

assigned to or enroute to a SI 5L position.<br />

Title: Inspector General<br />

assignment of personnel detailed by The Inspector General as outlined<br />

<strong>and</strong> joint doctrine, organization, training, material, <strong>and</strong> planning.<br />

b. Qualifications. Individuals must possess at least a MA in history from<br />

an accredited college or university, or a history oriented Master of<br />

<strong>Military</strong> Art <strong>and</strong> Science (MMAS) degree from the Comm<strong>and</strong> <strong>and</strong><br />

General Staff Colleg<br />

e. The Chief of Militry History may grant waivers if the individual<br />

possesses equivalent qualifications to include other than history<br />

graduate degrees, graduate level history studies/courses, the CMH<br />

History Internship, the <strong>Military</strong> History Instructor’s Course at Ft<br />

Leavenworth, <strong>and</strong>/or the West Point-ROTC Fellowship.<br />

Title: Civil Defense Officer<br />

Management Agency (FEMA) nonresident instruction courses HS-1,<br />
