Applicability. This pamphlet applies to the<br />

Active <strong>Army</strong>, the <strong>Army</strong> National Guard, <strong>and</strong><br />

the U.S. <strong>Army</strong> Reserve <strong>Army</strong>. It applies to<br />

all proponent agencies responsible for military<br />

occupational structure <strong>and</strong> classification.<br />

(AR 611-1), for this regulation may be modified<br />

by the proponent.<br />
