Forced Entry Signal Detachment.
22 TROPO TEAM CHIEF 31R3O SSG Performs planning of Troposcatter Transmission systems in the
Operations Section of an Army Signal Command Tropo Company.
Subsequent positions graded SPC.
23 XMSN SYS OPS NCO 31R3O SSG 1. Staff sections performing Mutichannel/TROPO Transmission
Systems operations, maintenance, planning, or other staff functions
if MOS 31W is not authorized.
2. System Maintenance Section of a HAWK Battalion.
3. Subsequent positions also graded SSG.

3. When no grading guidance is provided by this table for coding TOE/MTOE, TRADOC MSCs and Non-TRADOC specified proponent (TOE Combat Developers) will
coordinate with appropriate Branch Personnel Proponents (listed in AR 600-3) to support additonal grading of manpower requirements.
