nature, would there not be "indwelling sin" in<br />

Him, which was not in the sinless Adam?<br />

No, for "indwelling sin" is already sin.<br />

"Indwelling sin" is a habit pattern that has been<br />

planted among the brain cells by the sinner's<br />

choice. It causes us to "do that which I allow not....<br />

What I hate, I do.... Now it is no more I that do it,<br />

but sin that dwelleth in me" (Romans 7:15-18,<br />

KJV). "Indwelling sin" makes us captive to sin, so<br />

"how to perform that which is good I find not"<br />

(verse 18). If my problem is "indwelling sin," then<br />

"the evil which I would not, that I do" (verse 19).<br />

This is the problem of our "evil propensities."<br />

Christ never "did evil" or did what He "hated," or<br />

could "will to do good" but not know how "to<br />

perform" it (Romans 7:18). To assert such of Christ<br />

would be blasphemy.<br />
