respirati<strong>on</strong>. Everything worn should be so loose<br />

that when the arms are raised, the clothing will be<br />

corresp<strong>on</strong>dingly lifted.<br />

Women who are in failing health can do much<br />

for themselves by sensible dressing and exercise.<br />

When suitably dressed for outdoor enjoyment, let<br />

them exercise in the open air, carefully at first, but<br />

increasing the amount of exercise as they can<br />

endure it. By taking this course many might regain<br />

health and live to take their share in the world’s<br />

work.<br />

The Power of the Will<br />

The power of the will is not valued as it should<br />

be. Let the will be kept awake and rightly directed,<br />

and it will impart energy to the whole being, and<br />

will be a w<strong>on</strong>derful aid in the maintenance of<br />

health. It is a power also in dealing with disease.<br />

Exercised in the right directi<strong>on</strong>, it would c<strong>on</strong>trol<br />

the imaginati<strong>on</strong>, and be a potent means of resisting<br />
