AIRFLOW MANAGEMENT
Managing the airflow around server
cabinets is critical to prevent hardware
from overheating. This includes getting
sufficient supply air to servers and
preventing exhaust air from back of rack
to flow through the cabinet to the server
intake. Solutions to manage airflow include
blanking panels, expanding foam tape and
high-flow floor tiles.
: Floor Gap Cover Plates
For Server Cabinets
: Server Racks With
Integrated DX Cooling
: Cost-Effective
Custom-Size CRAC Hoods
: HotSpotr Floor Fan
SUPPLEMENTAL COOLING
As server loads grow, cooling capacity
must increase beyond existing room
capabilities. Data Center Resources offers
several options for providing additional
cooling without the expense and disruption
of a new CRAC unit. These include
in-row cooling units, self-contained cooling
cabinets and portable cooling units.

Cooling Optimization
Optimizing your cooling infrastructure can provide two benefits. The most obvious
is a significant reduction in your energy bill. In addition, maximizing efficiency will
increase cooling capacity, which can eliminate the need to purchase additional
cooling units.
“Saving energy is more than just “being green.” Making data
centers more energy efficient will go a long way in meeting
the ever-growing demand for increased computing and
data-storage capacity.”
other areas. We work with your
objectives and budget to tailor
a solution that is functional and
realistic. Below are examples of
our unique monitoring solutions.
BRANCH CIRCUIT MONITORING
It is a best practice to monitor power at the circuit level
to prevent overloads. Many sites have difficulty doing
this if they do not have smart panel boards or rack power
strips. It is not only costly to add these features, they
require power down servers. New technology costeffectively
adds monitoring capability to circuits in
a live environment with no downtime.
USE HIGH-PERFORMANCE RAISED FLOOR SOLUTIONS
Through a combination of unique product offerings and
experience, our solutions meet your demanding needs for
new and existing flooring projects.
HIGH-FLOW FLOOR TILES
As today’s data center generates more
heat load, more cooling is needed. Until
now, only 25 percent open area perforated
panels have been available. High-Flow floor
tiles are available in 55 percent and 66
percent perforation models to deliver more
than twice as much cool air in your cold
aisle, exactly where your servers need it.
EASY VIEW CLEAR FLOOR TILES
Designed for easy viewing of valves,
meters and underfloor cavity, clear floor
tiles provide a quick glimpse of the general
condition of the plenum space and displays
indicating temperature and air pressure
underneath the tile. Recognizing cooling
issues before they become dangerous is
essential to critical equipment.
NEW AND REPLACEMENT
FLOOR TILES
Access floors have existed since the 1960’s
and seen many changes. Over the years,
manufacturers and models have come and
gone. Our staff includes individuals who
have more than 30 years’ experience in the
industry. We can match your existing tiles
or recommend new ones.
Access floor systems were
designed to get cool air from
AC units to IT hardware. In the
past, this component of the
data center was considered a
commodity item. With the trend
toward higher rack densities,
it has become imperative that
floor systems have proper
weight capacity and deliver
sufficient air flow. Our access
floor systems target those
specific areas.
: High-Flow Tiles To More Than
Double Airflow Compared To
Standard Perforated Tiles
: Replacement Tiles To Match
Your Existing Floor System
: New Floor System With Up To
3,000-Pound Weight Load Ratings
: Brushes And Strips To Fill
Cutouts In Floor Tiles
: Versatile Underfloor Support
Structure For Height Adjustability
: Universal High Flow Tiles To
Fit Any Existing Floor System
FLOOR ACCESSORIES
Our solutions enhance and support your
raised floor infrastructure. Floor pulls allow
quick movement of tiles for servicing in the
plenum area. Covers for floor tile cutouts
prevent unwanted air leakage.

Data Center Flooring
Our high flow tiles provide more than twice the CFM
of standard perforated tiles.
“The most important benefit of raised floor implementations
— future readiness. Reconfiguring a rack layout with raised
floor is easy, with slab, not so much…”
- Jeff Clark,
