7440 RUI Kiev via Kharkov transmitter heard still tonight July 19
at 1700 UT.
Power strength S=8 ... 9 ..9+10dB variable. ID in German at 1701 UT,
announced German schedule 17-18 7440, 20-21 & - [sic now ceased] -
23-00 UT 6145 kHz.

7440 RUI pre-English sce, S=9+20dB, but at 18.58:55 UT another co-channel
CRI Hungarian from Xian-CHN started at equal level up to S=9+25dB. When
spoken pieces on CRI program I could easily follow both programmes, also
RUI content.
6145 RUI German totally covered by CRI Polish via Issoudun France from
2000 UT. RUI 6145 kHz before 1958 UT S=9+15dB.
6145 ISS tx off at 20.56:40 at 60degrees, moved to 105 degr CRI Albanian
sce from ISS. In the remove pause between 20.56:40 and 20.59:05 UT heard
farewell text read by lady in German.
RUI Kharkiv 6145 tx off at 2100 UT ! Regarding RUI 6145 kHz channel today
20-21 UT tonight: 6145 Kharkiv left the air at exact 2100 UT after closing
anncmt of RUI German service, so no 2100-2300 UT sce on 6145 kHz.
6145 ISS - Removing the ALLISS antenna took 2min 18sec, from
105 to 85degr, for CRI Hungarian sce between 21.26:35 and 21.28:53 UT
