Saturday May 15th again, VoRussia French at 1715 UT on 15291.86 kHz, tiny
S=2 signal. Nothing noted on symmetric 15638.14 kHz though.

Miraya on 10000 kHz !!!! [c.f. bc-dx TopNews #962]
Cland[???] to Sudan 10000 !!! ided as Idaat ... raya" on 0416 UT today May
13th with a pop songs (a love to you) then with ID, program in Arabic.
Then talks with many mentions to Sudan and steady signal on S=9 at 0427 UT
with Horn of Africa song. Found to be // 9740 kHz, Eibi shows Miraya.

Zach, may you can check symmetrical 9480 kHz too ? Even 9740 kHz doesn't
propagate to my location in this morning hour. (wb)
TAIWAN/MALAYSIA 15290 R Taiwan Int in Chinese fade in around 0450 UT
May 16, S=2-3 weak signal.
Much better next door like two-way reception carried some echo effect, RTM
Kajang on 15295 kHz in believed to be rather Malay sce than scheduled
English.

TAJIKISTAN 11510.04 odd With high summer looming, this outlet of VoRUS
in Spanish via Dushanbe Orzu noted with poor signal in 4-5 UT slot. I
could hardly identify Spanish idiom. Waste of money to keep this service
on air so far east in CIS.

TUNISIA 9725 Tunesian Radio and TV, on 15 May 2010 at 0256 UT. A minute
of strong empty carrier, finally YL in Arabic at 0257 UT. Main Theme from
Star Wars, R2D2 beeping, Jabba saying "oh chuba," a dubbed Luke speaking
in Arabic, followed by Augie's Great Municipal Band from Phantom Menace
while YL mentions "Jedi." Top of Hour ID at 0301 UT, followed by YL with
news.

UNIDENTIFIED 5980 DRM covering 5975-5980-5985 first noted May 08 at
2305 UT and then again May 10 from 2223 UT tune-in to 2330:00 UT off when
WYFR & Myanma R became audible on 5985 kHz. Checked www.drm.org but not
listed there. No idea what this might be, some kind of test perhaps? If
you can receive DRM please help.
