To complete with yesterday's and current observation:
1500-1600 15120 E to Eu, very strong both Sun+Mon
1600-1630 11770 Kisuaheli to ??? (very strong on Sun)
1630-1730 9690 Yoruba and Igbo ??? Not Kisuaheli.
Not heard Sunday at 2100/2200 UT, not heard Monday from 0900 to 1500 UT on
9690 kHz, as scheduled, or anywhere else, starting again 1501 on 15120
kHz. E to Eu is definitely not 1500-1900 as Tony Rogers heard, but only
1500-1600 + 1800-1900, probably changing to 7255 (likely not 9690) kHz for
the rest of the evening, but it's a very crowded channel. If English
really starts at 0900 UT as announced, Fulfulde is likely to be in the
evening now.
(Thorsten Hallmann-D, dxld April 12)
15120 noted in French language in 7-8 UT slot Apr 20, but still distorted
audio quality of bad tube. So, supposedly via old tx site. New Thomson
gear at Abuja on air would have much different superb quality instead.
Voice of Nigeria in English at good/fair strength this am from 0900 UT on
9690 faded after appox 1 hr and weak from then on. Also BBC via Meyerton
weak on 9860 kHz, was at good strength on the 20th, from 0600 UT.
NORWAY Time Signal Will Be History On NRK Radio.
NRK Radio has decided to drop their time signal, sent weekdays at 1300
local and weekends at 0800 local. The main reason is that DAB and Internet
signals are delayed, so the purpose of giving the correct time is more or
less gone. Read more here:

It's in Norwegian, but you can use Google Translate or some other online
translator for a rough translation of the text.
The time signal starts at 15 seconds before the hour with 10 beeps,
followed by a five-second break before the last beep.
(Bjarne Mjelde-NOR, dxld Apr 22)
Hopefully, the listeners in Norway can still pick up time signals from
Radio Rossii or even Mayak. But don't ask me how precise those beeps are.
