About Berisha in Brussels with EU talks; hydro-electric power station; Women's forum in Tirana International hotel. (wb, wwdxc BC-DX TopNews April 20) ANGOLA 7216.745 Radio Nacional, 1920, Portuguese, local ballads with male announcer. Running very low modulation and almost no audio getting through. In fact, similarly-low audio // (4949.797) was easier to copy. Both frequencies drift a bit. My last log for this one had it on 7217.050. 16 April (David Sharp-NSW-AUS, dxld Apr 17) ANTARCTICA LRA36 is supposedly scheduled 12-15 UT, only on M/W/F, so after hearing it Monday, I did not even check for it Tuesday, heard it again Wednesday but did check for it Thursday April 22 as I was already only 26 kHz away on Ankara. By golly, there is a carrier with some pop music audio on 15476 (not 15475) kHz at 1308 UT. In fact this is a better signal than previous days, peaking around 1315 UT, but soon declining to hardly any audio by 1330, and nothing but a carrier past 1421 UT.
