Running // to usual 3945 kHz which was slightly better reception. There was nothing on 5055 kHz when I did a 60 metre bandscan at 0600 UT, and I focussed on logging Radio Apinte 4990 kHz until rechecking the frequency just now. Untraced on 5054 kHz but nice signal on 3945 kHz with news in Pidgin read by man and an ID within a minute of tuning in. Also Solomons 5020v kHz noted at 0900 UT Feb 19 with usual signals strength again. (wb, DXplorer Feb 19) SIBC is back on 5020 kHz. Usual strength at 0900 UT. SIBC on 5019.96 kHz received from 0800 UT on Feb 19 by many Japanese DXer. Condition is good. I confirm that 5055 kHz of R. Vanuatu s/off at 1000 UT on Feb 19.
