4965 CVC w/ gangbusters signal on Feb 7 from 0400 UT tune with religious
songs and various prayers, devotional msgs, etc. in En. SINPO 45444.
Excellent sigs to past 0450 UT. One of the best sigs from CVC here in
recent months.
5915 1Africa CVC w/ another gangbusters signal on Feb 9 from 0430 UT tune
with up-beat Christian rock and frequent anmts in En _ at 0500 UT when En
news was scheduled, the signal took a sudden and inexplicable dive from
near S5 to S2. Not sure what was going on here.

ZIMBABWE 6045 R. Zimbabwe (presumed), at 0408 UT on Feb 9. In
vernacular; talking till 0420 UT; drums; into Hi-Li music; covered at 0430
UT by UNID station sign-on (in French). The language and music leaves no
doubt in my mind that it was them, but no ID as such. Nothing on 3396 kHz.
First time I have caught them here!
