CVC Chinese is broadcast on satellite live radio and the Internet. (Sei-ichi Hasegawa-JPN NDXC, dxld Feb 8) Frequency change of CVC International in Indonesian: 0700-1000 15725 HBN 100 kW 270 deg to SEAs Mon-Fri (not Sa&Su) (Sei-ichi Hasegawa-JPN, NDXC HQ Feb 8) Collision on 9930 kHz T8WH Palau and VOA Iranawila Sri Lanka. Feb 6 at 1440 UT I am hearing an American preacher, good signal atop some weaker audio. Preacher is certainly T8WH PALAU, registered here at 0700- 1800 UT, and underneath is VOA via SRI LANKA at 1400-1600 UT. Azimuths are 345 and 322 degrees, respectively, which means a worse clash likely in Asia, altho the CIRAF target zones are officially distinct, 43-45 and 41, respectively. 1457 UT, plug for WHR Bible giveaway and off by 1459 UT, uncovering VOA weak and fluttery, but apparently they are about to sign off too. (Glenn Hauser-OK-USA, dxld Feb 7) same QRM log also widely reported on A-DX ng. MOLDOVA On MW 999 kHz Grigoriopol site heard Mon-Fri in Russian at 0430- 0500 UT with ID "Pragramma Prdnestrovia". It is already renamed ID from the earlier "Radio Pridnestrovia". All news and comments are with friendly words to Moldovian authorities in Chisinau, not as earlier. The announcement at 0457 UT was "We are on the air Mondays to Fridays on FM from 11 and from 20 and on MW 999 kHz from 6 to 8 MT", resp. 08 & 17 UTC on FM and 0300-0500 UT on 999 kHz. (Rumen Pankov-BUL, wwdxc BC-DX TopNews Feb 5) 6240 - Radio PMR from Tiraspol, Pridnestrovye, has considerably expanded their output recently on 6240 kHz. Over the past couple of days I have monitored the following schedule: 1800-2000 Radio PMR (probably Mon-Fri) 1800 English, 1815 French, 1830 German, 1845 English, 1900 French, 1915 German 1930 English, 1945 German (2000-2200 Family Radio relay) 2200-0000 Radio PMR (Sun-Thurs?) 2200 English, 2215 French, 2230 German 2245 English, 2300 French, 2315 German 2330 English, 2345 German Massive signal here throughout the entire span, not surprising really with up to 500 kW from Moldova beamed this way. MONGOLIA/RUSSIA Checked on different times and weekdays but seems radio Voice of Mongolia in Russian is not using more the facilities of Voice of Russia in Russian and it is probably since 01.01.2010.
