Feeder line to the Thomson antenna is more than 1 kilometers in length. History of former Holzkirchen dismantelling: IBB Holzkirchen Germany site stopped service on Dec 31, 2003, and was dismantelled by IBB engineers in January to August 2004. Word is that the station grounds has been be sold for 7 million Euro to the municipality of Valley the Oberlaindern settlement (situated about 3 km east of Holzkirchen). The federal govt of Germany payed the expenses of 600,000 Euro for the demolition of the station. Wie HFCC Chairman Oldrich Cip bemerkte, besteht trotz verringerter Sendeplaene und neuer Verbreitungswege wie dem Internet immer noch erheblicher Planungsbedarf, da die Rundfunkbaender immer noch sehr voll sind. So waren sich die HFCC-Mitglieder auch einig, Frequenzplaene von Nicht-Mitgliedern weiterhin nicht (offiziell) zu beruecksichtigen, da man keine Trittbrettfahrerei will.
