Salut Javier, Le 5 decembre ont cesse seulement les programmes de Option
Musique. Maintenant l'emetteur diffuse un message qui informe que les
programmes ont cesse et que Option Musique ne transmet plus en ondes
moyennes. Ce message sera stoppe le 31 decembre 2010 a 2300 UTC.
Probablement la puissance a ete reduite, car le message est surtout
destine aux auditeurs en Suisse qui peuvent recevoir Option Musique sur
DAB+.

TAIWAN GE Imagery TWN Paochung. MS Virtual Earth, Google Earth imagery.
Some high resolution place. VE Update - Google Earth V.5 historical image.
Two new (old) images from 2001 & 2002 era have just been released in GE
that provides more details of RTI's Paochung SW TX site (Taiwan).
Unfortunately resolution isn't that great, but at least one can now see
the site's SW antenna masts. The 2002 imagery is best. 41 masts visible.

TAJIKISTAN 14295 IARUMS Region 1 Newsletter November 2010 shows again
the huge amount of intruders in 7, 14 MHz bands. Also regularly Dushanbe
Yangi Yul-TJK 3 x 4765 kHz = 14295 kHz harmonic.
Attached the IARUMS Region 1 Newsletter November 2010. Grateful words to
DJ9KR, DF5SX, DJ7KG, and DL8AAM and of course all IARUMS R1-Coordinators
for the excellent assistance in 2010!

TAJIKISTAN 900 NHK transmissions via TJK "NHK World will start its
broadcasts via transmitter in Tajikistan on Dec 15, 2010.
Frequency is 900 kHz (300 kW, non-directional antenna):
1515-1600 UT - Urdu;
1600-1630 UT - Russian. Broadcasts in Farsi are also planned".

900 kHz channel is registered with ITU Geneve for TJK. (wb)
TANZANIA [ZANZIBAR] 6015 RTZ, at *0258 UT on Dec 6. 0250 UT, start of
open carrier; 0254 UT start of test tone; 0258-0259, repetitive xylophone
like IS; announcer; 0301 UT, clearly reciting from the Qur'an which seemed
to end at 0305 UT; long monologue; tuned out 0338 UT; poor. Unidentified
station already on the air before RTZ signed on and tiny bit lower in
frequency (possibly in Arabic with Middle Eastern/Islamic music). More of
a challenge now that that there is QRM here, but definitely identical
format as last heard in Sept-Oct.
