The Russians should stop their digital outlet DRM NOISE BUZZER Hum sharp
EXACT at 19.00 UT ! Please complain on Moscow Telecommunications and
frequency manager authorities.
After Russian DRM intruder from Kaliningrad enclave stopped at 19.07 UT
Nov 18, Radio Tirana noted on S=9+10 ... +20dB level signal. At 19.12 UT
final announcement in Serbo-Croatian, interval signal Radio Tirana til
19.12:30 UT, TX signing off.
So, - Radio Tirana did benefit positively only 5 minutes service of
12 mins in total broadcast time...
