& fluttery while the latter was almost always covered by some int'l.
broadcaster.

phone talks with listeners - fair and even better at the beginning, then
poor due to propagation, best in LSB to avoid RFE on 9625 kHz.

CHINA 9455 A new type of psychological jamming operation noted today on
the single channel 9455 kHz against RFA Saipan broadcast in Mandarin at
1600-2200 UT Nov 18. Heard the whole hour 1700-1800 UT two CNR programs
like NEW WALTZ MUSIC played over and over again + echo talk jammer
programm; + fundamental RFA Mandarin broadcast.

EAST JAMMERSTAN: 10500 Crash & Bang CC Music Jammer; 1057, 14-Nov; Weak;
only one hrd whole weekend.

re east Jammerstan 10500. Also heard this last night 15th Nov // 11100 kHz
at around 1000 UT. The latter was much stronger but seemed to also be
mixed in CRI in Indonesian. Same site perhaps as there were also spurs
further up the band but didn't log them.
