It has a very strong signal here at 2124 UT. Measured on the 1 kHz scale of SpecraVue. It's a man in Russian, sounds a lot like TWR so I'd guess it's Albania. Kinda neat how you can zoom in like with the Perseus and really get close on frequencies. Yes, it's Albania. TWR IS at 2129 UT, announcer with frequencies just before that, and transmitter shut down at 2130 UT. Last time I heard them was last December, if I remember. All Radio Tirana's transmissions noted here in Germany on various frequency channels worked well tonight, EXCEPT the 6 0 4 0 kHz channel in Serbo-Croatian, see report below. 13640 English program from Radio Tirana noted fluttering S=7-8 signal strength at 1552 til 1558 UT, Nov 18. Strong carrier observed here in Germany, but nearly tiny audio of 10% modulation only. At 15.58:25 UT TX at Shijak signing OFF. 6000 kHz Radio Tirana in Italian language at 1800 UT Nov 18th. S=7-8 strength, low modulation. But I've seen two carrier peaks on even 6000.00 and on 6000.030 kHz tonight. 7465 kHz Radio Tirana in French language at 1835 UT Nov 18, S=9+10 ... +15dB. Moderate signal, not bad. B u t noted a minor adjacent interference signal, when checked also in 1800-1830 UT, as well as 1830-2100 UT time range: Belarus Radio Minsk of nominal fundamental 7360 kHz produces TWO BAD SPURIOUS SIGNALS 112 kHz away each, symmetrical on both sides in 7463 to 7482 ... and 7245 to 7251 kHz, with peak signals on 7248 and 7472! kHz. 6040 kHz R Tirana noted on 18.58:48 UT Nov 18, TX sign on with Radio Tirana interval signal tune at Shijak. BUT Voice of Russia's DRM TRANSMISSION from Kaliningrad enclave site ahead of Tirana's signal, latter still also on air at 19.00 UT. They stopped the digital mode DRM transmission of Voice of Russia on 6040.00 kHz very late at 19.06.42 UT, THIS IS FAR 7 MINUTES TOO LATE !!!! The Russians should stop their digital outlet DRM NOISE BUZZER Hum sharp EXACT at 19.00 UT ! Please complain on Moscow Telecommunications and frequency manager authorities. After Russian DRM intruder from Kaliningrad enclave stopped at 19.07 UT on Nov 18, Radio Tirana noted on S=9+10 ... +20dB level signal. At 19.12 UT final announcement in Serbo-Croatian, interval signal Radio Tirana til 19.12:30 UT, TX signing off. 7465 kHz Radio Tirana in English noted at 19.45 til 19.57:55 UT Nov 18, very powerful of S=9+25dB strength.
