UNIDENTIFIED UnID on 5840 kHz.<br />

I received unknown language station which seemed to be Middle East /<br />

Central Asia station at 1650 (tune in)-1730*UT on Oct 4 on 5840 kHz.<br />

Audio file: at 1715 UT<br />

What station will it be? Oct 4.<br />

I can't yet confirm it for poor condition and poor modulation. On-air on<br />

Mon, Wed and Fri only at *1630-1730*UT. The language is sound like<br />

Persian.<br />

I can receive the other program on 5130 kHz. not // 5840 kHz. Oct 11.<br />

There is not Radio Farda and IBB station. Maybe religious station, mainly<br />

sermons by OM.<br />

[later] Acc. to the monitoring of Mauno Ritola and me, I seem to be new<br />

station for Iran. Mauno say "ID sounded something like "Radyoe Rahoye<br />

Iran" or similar. It must be via CIS txs, maybe Armenia." and "I think it<br />
