Uganda just now on 7195 kHz. Hello all, This intruder, Radio Uganda, has been reported to the Uganda authority and action has been promised. Details will follow when available. Bill Musoke, 5X1JM of Kampala, Uganda has put in a formal complaint and reports: "Today I had a very useful meeting with the Frequency Manager who made me write a formal complaint and he promised to follow it up with the field monitoring unit. He will also review the articles in the ITU manual that deal with the said band width. Today Aug 19 at 12-13 UT logged YFR religious English sce "Open Air Forum" phone in program, not in // to 17555 YFR program in English too. At 1227-1228 UT ID, YFR website announcement, URL and real audio 24 hrs service mentioned, as well as phone-in-# of 1 - 800 - 322 - 53 85. I guess this 12-13 UT transmission is meant to East Asia too, via Almaty- KAZ relay site, like two others 11-12 UT 15560alm, 13-14 UT 13820alm, latter according to WRTH 2010 spring PDF file update.
