A strong partner
for Austrian industry.

B&C executive management: Felix Strohbichler, Patrick F. Prügger
SINCE THE COMPANY was founded IN 2000, B&C’s MISSION
HAS BEEN TO ENSURE THAT CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS
AND EXPERTISE ARE KEPT IN AUSTRIA IN THE LONG RUN
The B&C Group makes long-term investments and as a general principle does not have
exit plans, instead supporting the growth and international competitiveness of its core
investments. Future investments in businesses will also be concluded for the long term.
This approach sets B&C Industrieholding apart from typical private equity firms, and
enables the company to play a decisive role in the success of the businesses in which it
invests, as well as promoting Austria as a business location.
