Over the Holidays we are reminded of how fortunate we<br />
are to live in the United States and are thankful for freedoms,<br />
family, health, jobs, homes and being able to celebrate the<br />

recently and although the greens are a bit beat up,<br />
the course is a great test and a bargain to boot.<br />

Trump National Rancho Palos Verdes<br />
One of the most beautiful golf courses in all of Southern<br />
California. Ocean Views are off the charts. Although the<br />
Green Fees are very pricey this is one golf experience<br />
worth the price of admission. The Golf course is by far<br />
one of the most difficult courses anywhere in this golfers<br />
opinion. Recommend play from the Whites or Blues and if<br />
you break 100 you will have played pretty well. Visit their<br />

Recently <strong>Sunset</strong> <strong>Beach</strong> Mag publisher caught up with<br />
former Super Bruin Corrie Cataldi 1994-1998. With the<br />
hiring of Chip Kelly it appears the UCLA Bruins past and<br />
present are excited to see the UCLA Football Program<br />
will hopefully be back on track winning big games under<br />
Coach Kelly and more fans like former Super Bruin<br />
Corrie will be filling the Rose Bowl seats again at Bruin<br />

About <strong>Sunset</strong> <strong>Beach</strong><br />
<strong>Sunset</strong> <strong>Beach</strong> is a beachfront community located in Orange County, California. In 2011, it was annexed by Huntington<br />
<strong>Beach</strong>. <strong>Sunset</strong> <strong>Beach</strong> features one of the widest beaches in southern California. Running parallel to the beach, from<br />
the north of town to the southern edge is the Green Belt, a bucolic 14 acre park on which residents walk their dogs.<br />
Southeast of <strong>Sunset</strong> <strong>Beach</strong> is Bolsa Chica State <strong>Beach</strong>. To the east is the bayfront community of Huntington Harbour<br />
(part of Huntington <strong>Beach</strong>), and roughly north is the Naval Weapons Station Seal <strong>Beach</strong>, and the Seal <strong>Beach</strong> National<br />
Wildlife Refuge. The small gated community of Surfside located between <strong>Sunset</strong> <strong>Beach</strong> and the Weapons Station is<br />
part of Seal <strong>Beach</strong>, with the rest of Seal <strong>Beach</strong> on the other side of the Weapons Station.<br />
<strong>Sunset</strong> <strong>Beach</strong> does not have residential mail delivery. Instead, residents pick up their mail at post office boxes in the<br />
centrally-located post office or at private post office boxes located on 22nd Street. <strong>Sunset</strong> <strong>Beach</strong> is served by the <strong>Sunset</strong><br />
<strong>Beach</strong> Sanitary District. The SBBA / <strong>Sunset</strong> <strong>Beach</strong> Business Association was founded by Art Snyder Owner of Don<br />
the <strong>Beach</strong>comber and local Real Estate Broker “JB” James B. Griffin.<br />
