DESCRIPTION
The disc ploughs are produced as 2,3,4 and 5 discs version to
perform in every type of soil for breaking, raising, turning and mixing
of the soil. The disc ploughs are used to open new fields and handle
stony areas as well. It allows an excellent solution for rooty, sticky
or abrasive soil conditions and provides 20-30% fuel economy in
comparison with mouldboard ploughs.
The lifetime of plough are rather long because the materials are
high quality; discs are boron steel from Turkey, Forge de Niaux from
France; 52-55 RHC hardness, Ø660mm and are adjustable to get
the maximum power from the tractor.

DESCRIPTION
Agrimerin chisels with / without roller are manufactured in
various tines options. Seamless steel rolled iron is used in
the chassis and special alloyed steel cast used for tines.
Breaking the soil surface which was formed by ploughing
for a long time, processing the soil without tipping and
airing are the main functions of the chisel type plough. In
this type plough, safety pins come into action in case of
sudden pressure and prevent the tractor and the chassis
against possible damage. The tines are designed to have
the greater performance from tractor power by giving
them the most proper immersion angle.

DESCRIPTION
One way is a secondary class soil cultivation
machine. They are such tools used after
the pulley to prepare a field which was
processed with a pulley for planting. To

called duplexing.
Agrimerin One Way allows to kill weeds in
fallow agricultural method and to protect humidity

Agrimerin Stone Picking Machine enables
collection and storage of stones on and under
the surface underground. Rotor, designed to
collect the stones, comprises of blade underwent
thermal treatment and mobile springs.
By this way, stones of every size and type can

Storage unit mechanism is provided with the
help of hydraulic cylinders. Stones falling onto

Agrimerin universal seed drill machine is designed as single disc and
double discs options. It is a planting machine of hydraulically suspended
type which is suitable of planting by connecting to a tractor
by a three point hitch mechanism.
Double disc machines should be used in the cases where there is
plenty of straw in the field. There are pressure wheels behind the
coulters.These pressure wheels apply pressure on the falling seed.

Newa universal seed drill machine with coulter type is a planting
machine of hydraulically suspended type which is capable of planting
by attaching to a tractor by a three point suspension mechanism.
Structurally, the coulters are made by attaching casts with rivets to

Agrimerin provides a newly developed sowing machines in order
to common needs of vegetable producers for variable agricultural
conditions and competition.
Agrimerin precision pneumatic seed drill is particularly designed
for difficult sown thin and small seeds. It sows seeds like onions,
parsley, lettuce, dill, celery, asparagus, eggplant, tomatoes, peppers,
cucumber, gherkin, okra, peas, soybeans, cabbage, brussels sprouts,
cauliflower, leeks, spinach, beets, radishes, turnips, carrots, sesame
seeds, cumin, oregano, tulips, dandelions, daisies, clover, tobacco,
black seed poppy, chrysanthemum, mustard, saffron by precision in
high performance.
Planter unit numbers optionally be increased or decreased as 2-4-
5-6-8-10-12 rows. Distance between rows can be easily adjusted
to the desired spacing. Controling of the machine, setting and using
is easy thanks to the lightweight and durable chassis structure beside
compact fan design.

Agrimerin pneumatic seed drill machine with disc type is a delicate seeding machine for sugar beets, sunflower, corn, spinach, soya, tomato, peas, cotton, water melon, onion, sugar melon, pumpkin
on the desired above-row and inter-row distances with a very low percentage of mirroring and spacing. It has been designed to be suitable for multi-purposes to be adjusted to any kind of areas and
different seed discs are chosen in accordance with delicate cultivation and the product to be sown.The aspirator is connected to three point hanging system and gets its drive from the PTO. All of the
sowing units are mounted on the chassis via parallelogram system. Each sowing unit on the front part is an adjustable soil scraper. The marker system is available on the both sides of the machine.The
marker operates automatically or with lift over the three-point hanging system. The sowing legs are manufactured at the disc type. The pressure wheels are existed right behind the units.

DESCRIPTION
It is suitable to operate on the both light soil and heavy soil conditions. The potato moves
vertically in lumps between two pulleys that rise for two rubber bands. It turns from top point
to downwards and potatoes are sown in the opened holes in lumps downwards from soil
surface. Potato lumps which are put in the case rise eith the help of ladleses on an infinite
rubber band that moves between two pulleys vertically. While the ledleses are turning down
from the highest point, they go on their action by dropping the potato lumps in them and the
potato lumps that go down in this way fall on the soil surface from the turning point below.
The potato lumps are covered by the coverings discs that from backwards.

Agrimerin double disc fertilizer spreaders which are produced as hydraulic and towable types
are mounted to tractor through three point linkage system. . Fertilizer spreading is easy at
the borderline from tractor cabin by hydraulic remote controller so that unnecessary fertilizer
consuming is prevented by closing it swiftly. The fertilizer spreaders are made as double
hydraulic system. Spreading width of the machine can be between 10-36 meters however
these adjustments must be performed by changing the the angle and the length of the wings
on the disk depending on the fertilizer types. The fertilizer tank is halved by a separator sheet
in reverse V shape at the bottom and the mixer in it is located vertically and the fertilizer flow
is provided uninterruptedly.

Agrimerin turbo sprayer is mounted to the
tractor by three point hitch system, powered
by PTO via a shielded shaft. Required
tractor power is 50 HP. Suitable for spraying
orchards and gardens. It is produced as
strengthened fiberglas or polyethylene
depot. Optional three and four membrane
pumps are operated by power take off from
tractor conveys pressuring chemical liquid
to nozzles on fan. Fan is operated with PTO
and it sends out the pressured air. Pressured
chemical liquid is sprayed by adjustable
nozzles around the fan by air circulation and
any sort of tree can be disinfected. Fans are
operated by two speed transmissions. The
material of turbo fan case is made of ni-cr
stainless steel or galvanized.
Operation is possible either right and left
sides by remote controller.

DESCRIPTION
The cutter and feeder drum carries the maize to the feeding unit. Agrimerin row independent maize chopper’s feeding system is designed to
feed the flywheel at right angles for the best quality silage. The flywheel is equipped with 12 special hardened knives revolving at nearly 540
rpm. There are two feeder drums and two pressure rollers that control the feeding of the maize to the flywheel. One of the pressure rollers is
spring loaded and toothed, while the other one is not. The pressure rollers are vertically mounted right behind the feeder drums so that stems
and cobs are always chopped at right angle. This is the secret of the machine’s low power requirement and short length of chop.
One of the most important specification of the machine is its foldable chassis. The chassis can be folded so that the machine stays behind of
the tractor. By driving backwards the machine can open a way in the middle of the field in order to decrease the number of turns on the field
and decrease the fuel consumption of tractor.While in operation, height adjustable wheel maintain an even working height thus preventing the
intake of earth and stones in bad conditions.
Knife grinding is easily carried out with the built-in sharpening device.
The height of the machine can be reduced by folding down the upper part of the chute.

Agrimerin Fixed Maize Harvester is connected to the tractor by three point linkage system and taking its movement
from the pto shaft.
The machine is not the mowing type chopper, it works on a fixed ground without moving. Taken movement from the
pto shaft of a tractor is given to the gearbox via the belt-pulley arrangement. The movement which gets out of the
gearbox activates the front feeding drums and the rear chopper unit.

Agrimerin Branch Shredder is powered directly by tractor power take-off shaft. Connected to tractor with three-point linkage system; Branch Shredder
shreds the products supplied to the feeding unit with finger rotor thanks to blades operating vertically to the field. With the sieve located at the back side
of the machinery, the material can be broken into pieces as big as the diameter of the sieve. The shredder, chips wastes of sunflower, corn, paddies,

Agrimerin Maize Harvesting Head is developed to harvest maize and is designed specifically to operate coupled with
the combine harvester. It reduces loss of sweet corn that may occur on the maize harvesting tray during maize harvesting.
It is designed in a way to connect it to every type of combine harvester with a small change in the connection kit.
Forage choppers activated with the help of a lever are capable of forage chopping with low power consumption via 2
pieces of tungsten carbide coated blades placed on a steel disc. The operator can adjust apertures between harvesting
plates without getting off the cabin with the help of a remote control. Feed chains guaranteeing operation under severe
conditions performs well without requiring any adjustment thanks to automatic stretching system. Optionally offered
spirals increase collecting performance of the tray.
