on the market with this resistance package.<br />

Desert produces dark green uniform fruits that set well in cool conditions, with a low<br />
percentage of aborted fruits. Open, compact plants allow for easy harvest. We chose this<br />
variety’s name because of its impressive tolerance to drought stress. In field trials, Desert has<br />
shown strong tolerance to Powdery Mildew (Px) in fall plantings, offering organic growers<br />
opportunity for late season planting.<br />

Introducing our new hybrid romanesco zucchini. Vigorous, open, upright plants are highly<br />
uniform and productive, even in low fertility environments. Cassia does well in cooler<br />
conditions, and is especially well-suited for spring production in tunnels or open field. Fruits are<br />
straight with grey-green ribbing. Attractive, yellow blossoms adhere well to the fruit and make<br />
for vibrant, unique market displays.<br />

vigorous growth habit. Fruits are cylindrical in shape and dark green in color with a shiny<br />

Green Machine<br />
Green Machine is a widely adaptable, high yielding variety that produces excellent quality,<br />
medium dark green fruits with light flecking. Across the East Coast and Midwest, Green<br />
Machine has been a top yielder in summer trials. It has intermediate resistance to Px, CMV,<br />
ZYMV and WMV.<br />

Kopana<br />
Kopana is a dark green zucchini selected for high tunnel production in the spring. Plants are<br />
vigorous, while maintaining a compact, open, well-balanced habit. Fruits are shiny, slightly<br />
speckled and have a typical tapered shape. Selected to set fruit under cool conditions, Kopana<br />
works best in the presence of some natural pollinators. With strong yields and an upright habit,<br />
this variety will produce uniform, high quality fruits for the early market.<br />
