An improved curly leaf endive variety with dark green leaves and a bright yellow heart. Plant<br />
habit is upright for ease of harvest and reduction of basal rot. Maratoneta is medium-sized and<br />
grows best in cooler conditions, but is very broadly adaptable. Suitable for both fresh market and<br />
processing markets.<br />
