If you look to mank<strong>in</strong>d to br<strong>in</strong>g change to<br />
your heart, you will be left with an unchanged<br />
and dull heart. It will have no passion for God. It<br />
may have a passion for man, but not for God.<br />
Worship Br<strong>in</strong>gs You Into God's<br />
<strong>Presence</strong><br />
Change comes when you enter <strong>in</strong>to <strong>His</strong><br />
presence.<br />
How do we come <strong>in</strong>to <strong>His</strong> presence? Worship<br />
is what allows you to enter <strong>in</strong> and behold Him.<br />
Paul said that we see a reflection of God's glory.<br />
As we behold it, we are transformed.<br />
Paul knew this from personal experience. A<br />
metamorphosis took place <strong>in</strong> his life after he<br />
encountered the Lord on the road to Damascus.<br />
He changed from a persecutor of Christians to<br />
one of the leaders of the church. Paul took on the<br />
likeness, profile and resemblance of the Lord.<br />
From glory to glory he was changed.<br />
Look at 2 Cor<strong>in</strong>thians 3:18 from The<br />
Message:<br />
Whenever, though, they turn to face God<br />
as Moses did, God removes the veil and there<br />
they are—face to face! They suddenly<br />
recognize that God is a liv<strong>in</strong>g, personal<br />
presence, not a piece of chiseled stone. And<br />
when God is personally present, a liv<strong>in</strong>g<br />
Spirit, that old, constrict<strong>in</strong>g legislation is<br />
recognized as obsolete. We're free of it! All of<br />
us! Noth<strong>in</strong>g between us and God, our faces<br />
sh<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g with the brightness of his face. And so<br />
