Introduction<br />

These motion <strong>de</strong>tectors are <strong>de</strong>signed to be used with Jenile wireless receivers. The<br />

motion <strong>de</strong>tectors are <strong>de</strong>signed to continuously monitor your home insi<strong>de</strong> and out.<br />

They <strong>de</strong>tect movements from intru<strong>de</strong>rs in the protected area and transmit the<br />

information to your alarm system and/or flash receivers or Jenile vibrators. The<br />

protected area is limited to the walls of the room in which they are fixed.<br />

N.B: Please note that the motion <strong>de</strong>tectors<br />

also <strong>de</strong>tect animals. Make sure your animals don’t get access to the equipped<br />

areas when the system is switched on.<br />

Recommen<strong>de</strong>d locations:<br />

The motion <strong>de</strong>tector can be installed insi<strong>de</strong> or outsi<strong>de</strong>.<br />

• Indoor installation:<br />

The motion <strong>de</strong>tector must be installed at a<br />

height between 2m and 2.5m above the floor level. At this height, the <strong>de</strong>tector will<br />

have a maximum coverage of 12 meters and a coverage angle of 110°.<br />

1.Do not orientate the <strong>de</strong>tector towardsa window or directly exposed to the<br />

sunlight.<br />

Detectors are not <strong>de</strong>signed for a use in greenhouses.<br />

2.Do not place the <strong>de</strong>tector in a location where it will be exposed to a fan.<br />

3.Do not place the <strong>de</strong>tector directly above a heat source (e.g: fire, heater, water<br />

heater etc.)<br />

4.If possible, and in or<strong>de</strong>r to ensure <strong>de</strong>tection of an intru<strong>de</strong>r, place the <strong>de</strong>tector in a<br />

location where the intru<strong>de</strong>r would logically cross the <strong>de</strong>tection field<br />

5.Do not place the <strong>de</strong>tector in places with excessive vibrations<br />
