Intentionally not playing to your true ability<br />
Anyone that is found to have intentionally manipulated league data will face the<br />
following consequences:<br />

<br />
1 st Offense – Immediately banned from the <strong>USAPL</strong> for a period of at<br />
least one year without refund or compensation of any kind. Any awards<br />
or prizes won to that point are forfeited.<br />
2 nd Offense – Permanently banned from the <strong>USAPL</strong> and all other<br />
leagues and events owned by or affiliated with CueSports International.<br />
APPEALS<br />
<strong>USAPL</strong> members who do not agree with the application of a specific rule or the<br />
outcome of a rule interpretation may file an appeal in the following manner.<br />

1 st Appeal – Submit a written appeal to the local <strong>USAPL</strong> League<br />
Manager. The appeal must contain all necessary information and detail<br />
to completely understand the issue. Incomplete or a lack of information<br />
will result in a denial.<br />
2 nd Appeal – If you still do not agree with the outcome and/or decision<br />
of the League Manager, you may file a written appeal to the <strong>USAPL</strong><br />
National Office. The appeal must contain all necessary information and<br />
detail to completely understand the issue. Incomplete or a lack of<br />
information will result in a denial.<br />
AGE REQUIREMENTS<br />
The <strong>USAPL</strong> encourages people of all ages to play and have fun. Therefore, there<br />
are no age restrictions. However, host locations that may have age restrictions.<br />
Therefore, the League Manager and the local bylaws should be consulted.<br />
FINAL AUTHORITY<br />
The <strong>USAPL</strong> National Office is the final authority on all rules, rule<br />
interpretations, and rule changes.<br />
