From sports and swimming to arts and teen<br />

leadership, your child will discover a summer<br />

of exploration, new friendships and new skills.<br />

You’ll find camps designed to engage your<br />

curious preschooler to your independent teen.<br />

SPARK TIME<br />

Fun, extended camp time<br />

for your child – at no extra<br />

charge! 7-9 am and 4-6 pm<br />

The Y’s SPARK TIME<br />

extended camp program<br />

provides before and after<br />

camp care full of activities<br />

designed to keep them<br />

safe, active and having<br />

fun! Included with your<br />

camp fee.<br />

Those attending camp at the<br />

Y have the opportunity to<br />

register for a swim lesson<br />

during PM Spark Time.<br />

Lessons are offered for Red<br />

and Yellow Band swimmers<br />

and are aimed at helping<br />

them achieve their Green<br />

swim band. $25/week<br />

SWIMMING<br />

<strong>Camp</strong>ers enjoy a recreational<br />

swim period each day<br />

(except some field trip days),<br />

weather permitting. Trained<br />

Y lifeguards conduct swim<br />

tests for all campers prior to<br />

swimming each Monday.<br />

WHAT TO BRING<br />

TO CAMP<br />

Lunch (weeks 1 and 11),<br />

snack, water bottle, sneakers,<br />

bathing suit, towel,<br />

sunscreen, and appropriate<br />

attire for camp.<br />

KIDS LOVE THE<br />

WORLD CARNIVAL!<br />

Every summer, campers<br />

entering grades 3 and up,<br />

from all YMCA of Greater<br />

<strong>Brandywine</strong> camps, come<br />

together for a day of fun<br />

and friendly competition.<br />
