Art 

Digital Art – Submitted digital art must be in a vector (editable paths) EPS format with all fonts converted to curves, paths, or outlines to be 

considered ready for all products in this catalog. 

• Submit digital files via 100MB Zip disk or CD, or email to: orders@mcmgroup.net 

• When submitting files, reference the purchase order number, your company name, and phone number. 

• Files not in this format may be considered unusable. 

• All fonts will be matched closest to in-stock fonts and imprints will be arranged to best fit the imprint area. 

Colors in the Catalog – are printed only and may not be an exact color match to the original product or ink color. Please order samples for review.

College/University Trademark Usage – All art that is considered trademark or registered by any college or university will be subject to approval by the

Overruns/Under runs and Exact Quantities: MCM Group reserves the right to ship up to 5% over or under quantity ordered. 

If you request no overs and/or no unders, the charge is $30.00. 

Cancellations or changes: After an order is received, cancellation charges apply at cost of labor, art time, and materials. All cancellations or changes 

must be made in writing. 

Fabric/Material: Due to the nature of material, MCM Group cannot guarantee color match from one dye lot to another. Variances in color, shade, 

texture, size, and construction of finished goods may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to change, correct, or improve products without notice. 

Fabric swatches are available at no charge and should be used as a guide only since dye lots vary. No adjustments or claims will be processed 

regarding these variances. 

Product Size: All product dimensions are approximate and may vary up to 1/2" to 5/8". No adjustments or claims will be processed regarding 

slight size variances. 

Return to Stock: Blank stock may be returned within 2 months of receipt for a 15% restocking fee. Stock must be in pristine condition. 

Returns 

Customer Service must be notified of any quality issues regarding merchandise or imprint within 30 days of receipt of order. No claim or return 

will be accepted or credited 30 days after shipment.

Create dramatic, multi-color logos on an array of products. Look for the COLORMAX icon throughout the catalog to indicate items 

available for COLORMAX imprinting. 

Colormax Art Specifications: 4 Color Process – CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black) 

• Vector artwork should be created in Adobe Illustrator® 12 or later or Corel Draw® 13 or later. Vector art in .ai, .eps, or .cdr format. 

Placed images should be 300 dpi or higher. 

• All colors within the artwork must be CMYK (PROCESS) colors and designated as such. 

• Artwork must be actual size to be printed and all fonts used in the design must be converted to curves or outlines (to prevent any font-related issues). 

• Minimum line thickness in 3 pts for opacity. 

Please note: Fluorescent colors are not available and PMS color matches are not available. PMS colors are converted to corresponding CMYK colors to 

achieve close equivalents. When a close PMS equivalent will not be sufficient, please contact customer service to discuss an alternative process using
