Instructions for authors<br />

Manuscripts should be addressed to the Editorial Office.<br />

The paper submitted for publication should not have already been<br />

previously published and should not be currently under consideration for<br />

publication elsewhere, until the author receives the editorial notification<br />

regarding the publication after the completed reviewing procedure, which<br />

includes the editorial opinion and the anonymous peer review process. When<br />

republishing the paper in another journal, the author is required to indicate<br />

the first publication in the Phainomena Journal.<br />

Contributions should not exceed 8000 words (45,000 characters).<br />

The title, subtitle and chapter titles of the article should be written in<br />

bold characters, and the titles of books and journals in italics. Authors are<br />

reguiredobliged to use double quotation marks in referring to the titles of<br />

articles in journals and collected volumes of articles (“ and ”).<br />

Contributions should be double-spaced, except for references, footnotes<br />

and abstract, which are singled-spaced. No paragraph breaks should be<br />

applied. New paragraphs are introduced by shifting the left margin to the right<br />

(using the TAB key). The left margin of the contribution is aligned, and the text<br />

remains unaligned on the right. Word division is not to be applied. Graphic<br />

design (titles, various fonts, framing, edges, pagination etc.) should not be<br />

applied. Tables and synoptic tables should be used in tabular form as enabled<br />

by the Word editor.<br />

The author should adhere to the following rules of writing: for noking the<br />

year of publication (1960–61), indicating the page (p. 99–115, 650–58), use of<br />

punctuation marks (dash should be put down as –)<br />

The author should include an abstract of the article of in more than 150<br />

words and with five keywords in the language of the original and in English.<br />

Authors do the proof-reading of their own texts.<br />

For notes and references, only footnotes should be applied. Notes should be<br />

indicated by consecutive superscript numbers in the text immediately after the
