BUSINESS AND FINANCE
Estate Planning Made Easy
NEW!
Did you know that your estate consists of everything of value accumulated
throughout your lifetime? Real estate, automobiles, stock
portfolios, pensions, cash, your kids (ok maybe not your kids). Join
us for this informative and easy to understand workshop to learn
how to preserve, manage, and transfer your assets whether you are
alive or not. This process involves weighing various personal and
financial decisions and creating legal arrangements to carry
out those decisions. We will discuss how to properly receive an
inheritance as well as how to give one using strategies to avoid
expensive delays, legal challenges and promote equitable
distribution of assets and charitable giving in the form of case
studies. The class will take a closer look at wills, trusts, asset
protection, probate, health care directives, and estate taxes.
John C. Pak is a Certified Financial Planner with 17 years of
experience in the financial advisory industry. He actively
spearheads community outreach initiatives with local colleges,
public libraries, and lifelong learning centers in Los Angeles
County to promote financial literacy and empowerment
through workshops and seminars.
