HMO letting specialist. Some letting agents claim they will
manage HMOs but very few are willing to do so due to the
time and complexity. Those who have let HMOs do not
specialise in letting on a room by room basis.

Client Case Study – Professional HMO
Ryelands Street, Hereford
A Ludlow based Property Investor sought
guidance from Relocation PA in order to expand
their existing portfolio with a professional
six bed licensed HMO, following recommendations
from previous Relocation PA clients.
Once the property was purchased, Ryelands
Street was refurbished. A second bathroom
was fitted and redecoration completed
throughout.
Relocation PA were appointed and marketing
commenced. The property is now full and
under ongoing management by Relocation PA
since May 2016.

his existing portfolio of single lets with
the decision made to branch into a high-end
boutique seven-bedroom HMO, following recommendations

clients and seeing an opportunity in Hereford.
Once the property was purchased, 21 Meyrick
Street was completely refurbished. A brand new
kitchen and sitting room were fitted along with
the complete redecoration of seven bedrooms all

Grove Road, Hereford
Relocation PA was approached by a local landlady
who had a property let to group of students,
She was fed up and frustrated with the hassle of
letting and managing a student HMO and therefor
sought Relocation PAs guaranteed rent service.
This allowed the landlady to receive a guaranteed
rent for the property which Relocation PA pays
each month without fail and now means the landlady
now doesn’t have the hassle of managing and
dealing with tenants. On top of receiving guaranteed
rent, Relocation PA also refurbished the property for
the landlord at their own cost, adding value to her
house and then turned the house into a 4-bed professional
