Client Case Study – Professional HMO<br />

Ryelands Street, Hereford<br />

A Ludlow based Property Investor sought<br />

guidance from <strong>Relocation</strong> <strong>PA</strong> in order to expand<br />

their existing portfolio with a professional<br />

six bed licensed HMO, following recommendations<br />

from previous <strong>Relocation</strong> <strong>PA</strong> clients.<br />

Once the property was purchased, Ryelands<br />

Street was refurbished. A second bathroom<br />

was fitted and redecoration completed<br />

throughout.<br />
