and have fun exercising without impacting<br />
your joints? Try this 45 minute indoor cycling<br />
class combined with 15 minutes of toning/<br />
core. Participants will climb hills, hit jumps<br />
and ride through valleys. You will be addicted<br />
to this major calorie burning class in no time!<br />
Don’t forget your workout towel and water!<br />

Medicare Madness<br />
Intro to Medicare<br />
If you are about to turn age 65 and confused<br />
by Medicare, this class is designed specifically<br />
for you! The basics of Medicare will be<br />
explained, including how and when to sign<br />
up for Medicare, what is covered by the<br />
different parts of Medicare (A, B, C and<br />
D), and what the difference is between a<br />
Medicare Supplemental (Medigap) and a<br />
Medicare Advantage plan. Additionally, we<br />
will walk through how to find a plan that best<br />
fits your needs. This class is beneficial for<br />
seniors because it clears away the confusion,<br />
answers many questions, and empowers<br />
participants through education. Several<br />
rounds of Medicare Bingo will be played at<br />
the conclusion of the class!<br />

Intro to Word<br />
Designed to introduce basic concepts in<br />
Mircrosoft Word. Class will cover document<br />
creation, entering and formatting text,<br />
using different text manipulation tools and<br />
generating documents with wizards and<br />
templates. Prior experience with Microsoft<br />
Windows is required. Ages 16+<br />

Intro to Excel<br />
Designed to introduce basic concepts in<br />
Microsoft Excel. Class will cover terminology,<br />
spreadsheets, data entry/formatting, and<br />
creating simple formulas and functions.<br />

Intro to Facebook & Social Media<br />
This course will get you started with using<br />
Facebook and other social media tools. Topics<br />
include creating an account, adjusting privacy<br />
setting, adding friends and using pictures. We<br />
will also cover some basic do’s and don’ts.<br />
This course is designed for the beginner. A<br />
valid email account is required to sign up for<br />
an account. Ages 16+<br />
