Many places in NYC claim to have the

Ribalta’s owner and chef – Rosario Procino and Pasquale Cozzolino, respectively –
started the restaurant in the hopes of bringing the true flavor of Naples to NYC.
Their focus on Neapolitan ingredients
– from flour and yeast to veggies and
meats – has given them a unique flavor
that keeps customers coming back for
more, often requesting custom pizzas
for a taste that’s all their own.
When you visit, choose from one of
Ribalta’s many small plates including
the fan favorite Baby Octopus (served
with Gaeta olives and Sicilian capers,
cooked in San Marzano Tomato Sauce) or traditional Meatballs (in a Neapolitan
ragu sauce). Try a pasta or salad, if you like. But it’s pizza that Ribalta is best known
for, and what this restaurant does best. The Ribalta pizza features mozzarella, Italian
sausage and broccoli rabe, while the

Q: How can I reduce
public speaking anxiety
Naturally?
A: Sweaty palms, churning stomach, dry mouth, racing thoughts - sound familiar?
The average person finds the idea of speaking in public scarier than. Even
billionaire Warren Buffet used to be terrified of public speaking, arranging his
college classes so that he never had to speak in front of his peers.
The good news is that nerves
are completely normal, and can
even be used to improve your
performance. As with any skill,
practice makes perfect, but I’ve
compiled some of my favorite
tips to help ease the anxiety
and increase your comfort-level
next time you have to speak in
public.
1. Check out Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ). JSJ is like acupressure without the
pressure and has a self-help component that can calm nerves quickly. Gently
hold the thumb for a few minutes before speaking and take a few slow deep
breaths. You’ll be amazed at how quickly the nervous system calms.
2. Bach Flower essences sells Rescue Remedy. Four drops by mouth
and it’s great for all causes of anxiety.
3. Prepare! Get to know the material you will be presenting. The
more prepared you feel, the less anxious you’ll be.
