LIT Songbook
LIT Boys of July 2007 (To the Tune of Swing Life Away) Are we strong enough or should we just give up? Windy triangle failed because of bad luck Are we getting farther or are we just getting blown off? We’ll fall short of time but we’ll go till’ we thirst We all get real ticked but you better not curse Lauren, Ben, Kyle and Taylor telling us what to do We live in cramped teepee’s and wake at first light We’ll do our bronze cross until we get it right This month is a labor, we'll slave 'til the end. We’ll go down these streets with no more helping hands We've been here so long, think that it's time to leave The morning’s so cold, July’s over too soon. Let's pack up our bags and remember the times where we’ve grown. I've made some friends, some that I hardly knew. But we've had some times we wouldn't trade for the world. Let’s write goals on these pages and replace them with our stories We live in cramped Teepee’s and wake at first light. We’ll do our bronze cross until we get it right This month is a labor, we'll slave 'til the end. We’ll go down these streets with no more helping hands.
LIT Girls of July 2007 (To the Tune of Can’t Hurry Love) We need to wake up, and find our gear So we can run and swim, ‘cause we have no fear Chorus: We’re LIT girls of July 07 We got by just fine here, but now our month is at its end We’re 21 girls who went from strangers to friends Our memories will linger We can’t wait ‘till we meet again How many times have we had Kelly make us laugh and Sam sing us to bed This month the only thing that kept us hanging on Is when our masters said, girls you’re almost done And remember that we’re Chorus Living at Ki-Wa-Y, Belwood, Wab Working on Bronze Cross, and we survived the quad And when out trip came, we split up two ways Saw each other few times over those four days And remember that we’re Chorus Now we say goodbye, to LIT’s of July We’re gonna keep on waiting, anticipating ‘Till next year when, we’ll be back again We’ll be CIT’s but we will never forget That we are Chorus x 2

Are we strong enough or should we just give up?<br />
