shirt for almost 15 years. Approaching their VP of Marketing, Blue<br />
Fuel Marketing presented a strategy to significantly reduce the system's<br />
annual spend requirements by diving deeper into the supply chain.<br />
With direct-to-factory relationships, as well as having inspectors at<br />
the factory level for quality control, testing and social compliance, we<br />
refined the strategic procurement process while mitigating the risks<br />
common to direct importing. A critical capability for performance and<br />
bottom line profitability in today's economy.<br />
Blue Fuel Marketing designed, sampled, tested, produced, as well as<br />
managed customs and logistics for the importing of over 7,000 custom<br />
uniform shirts annually. In doing so, we were able to reduce the cost of<br />
core uniform shirts by over 45%. A reduction that results in system wide<br />
