4.3.2 Implementing partner activities
The implementing partner has conducted the following activities:
• Regular inspection visits
• Observed that the contractor crushed brick aggregate <strong>and</strong> s<strong>and</strong> in their site location.
• Monthly review meeting in CIPRB office in Dhaka.
• Gradation, CBR, ACV, FM for S<strong>and</strong> <strong>and</strong> Brick were conducted by CIPRB <strong>and</strong> TE for
source approval in LGED Lab.
• A safety workshop on “Construction <strong>Safe</strong>ty” held on October 22 in the Narsingdi
RHD rest house in presence of RHD, CIPRB, <strong>Safe</strong> <strong>Crossing</strong>s, TE representative along
with construction workers <strong>and</strong> supervisors.
• Pre-section <strong>and</strong> road side inspection survey work had been completed.
