The TRAMPOLIN ® -System consists of cross beams, which are<br />
mechanically interconnected with each other. High-performance<br />
spring systems, linked between the cross beams and<br />
the vibrating <strong>screen</strong> box, create a relative movement and result<br />
in continuous expansion and contraction of the elastical <strong>screen</strong><br />
mats and therefore allow the special TRAMPOLIN ® - effect.<br />
To ensure constant <strong>screen</strong>ing results even with varying loads<br />
the stroke is kept automatically constant through measuring the<br />
relative movement between the <strong>screen</strong> frame and base body<br />
and the consequent regulation of the rotational speed via frequency<br />
converter.<br />
The vibration-isolated mountings through rubber springs with a<br />
high damping characteristic are adjustable and enable adapting<br />
the falling gradient, if necessary.<br />
The <strong>screen</strong> mats are screw less locked on the cross beams. The<br />
easy lock system facilitates a simple and fast change of<br />
