THREADED INSERT SETTING TOOL KITS - Inch or Metric
Housed in a compact plastic tool box for easy storage.
Each kit includes one hand setting tool, 4 conversion kits and
four sizes of 10 inserts each for either inch or metric
applications.
Designed for quick, manual insertion of permanent load
bearing threads in materials from 0.020” to 0.128” (0.51mm
to 3.25mm) thickness.
The setting tool has been designed to enable threaded nut
inserts to be set easily by hand. Invaluable to maintenance
engineers for on-the-spot repairs.
Simple setup and easy uniform stroke allows a nutsert to be
set in thin sheet materials without causing surface damage.
Benefits: One side application, flush mounting, permanent
thread, moisture resistant, cost effective, strong, vibration
resistant and portable.

coarse threads for:
M4 thread with 0.51mm to 1.27mm grip range
M5 thread with 0.51mm to 1.27mm grip range

M8 thread with 0.91mm to 3.25mm grip range

Rivet Nut and Rivet Stud Tool Kit.
This rugged industrial strength tool is the best available
hand tool for the proper installation of rivet nuts and rivet
studs available. The stroke can be set from a minimum to
over 1/2". This model has a ball bearing turn knob for easy
spin on and spin off and also features a unique patent
pending stroke setting indicator which reflects the
approximate stroke set on the tool. With an overall length
of 21", it is capable of giving greater leverage for larger
diameter rivet nuts and studs.
Supplied in a wooden case with 4 sizes
of conversions for rivet nuts and 3 sizes
of stud pullers.
Other sizes available upon request.
