For use with Lag Screws
A precision die-cast expansion shield of rust-proof alloy. Provides
secure anchorage of lag screws in brick, stone, and other types of solid
masonry. Heavy external corrugations assure powerful gripping action.
Long and short standard sizes for lag screws.
Installation
Drill recommended
hole size. Install
shield flush or slightly
below surface.
Insert lag screw
through fixture into
shield and tighten.
In mortar joints, place shield between
solid brick so sides bear against brick.
Drill hole 1/4 inch
deeper than length
of Anchor. Insert
Anchor flush with
surface of wall.
LEAD ANCHORS
Installation
Insert wood screw
through fixture into
Anchor and
tighten. Anchor is
expanded and will
hold firmly.
Precision internal

easy turning of

For use with Wood Screws or Sheet Metal Screws
A wood screw Anchor for quick installation of lighter weight fixtures
in masonry. Made of lead, it will expand without turning in soft
material. Withstands extreme changes in temperatures, and is not
affected by moisture or chemicals.
For best results, screw
should protrude 1/4
inch thru bottom of
Anchor. Screw length
should equal thickness
of fixture, plus
length of Anchor, plus
1/4 inch.
