partitions such as gypsum boards,
plaster boards, chip boards, hard
masonite etc.
EXPANDET Rosett is made from strong
and indestructible NYLON with glass fibre
re-enforced M5 x 0.80 mm threaded
nut. Available in 2 colour coded sizes for
boards ranging from1/8" - 1-1/4" (3 - 30
mm).
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
EXPANDET Rosett is easy to use, does
not require a special hand tool for fixing
into the wall and may be tightened either
with an ordinary screw driver or a power
screw driver.
Since it has a thin flange and four angled
flutes at its head EXPANDET Rosett is
prevented from slipping into a drilled hole
and from rotating.
EXPANDET Rosett works with the same
degree of safety whether or not the hollow
space is insulated.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
When being tightened EXPANDET Rosett
forms a rosette-like knob of great
strength at the back of the board without
damaging it.
EXPANDET Rosett is impossible to overtighten
and provides unsurpassed holding
power in gypsum boards.
EXPANDET Rosett is tested and recommended
for secure fastening in gypsum
boards.
