LİMBOURG başkanlığındak Belç ka heyet arasında görüşme
yapılmıştır. Görüşmede, özell kle terör suçluların ades
konusunda yaşanan sorunlar ele alınmış ve her k ülken n
suçluların ades alanındak mevzuatı hakkında b lg alışver ş nde
bulunulmuştur.
The workshop on "Extradition",
determined to be organized by the
Ministries of Justice of both
countries in the Turkish-Belgian
Tripartite Meeting of Ministers held
in Ankara on 9 March 2016, was
conducted in Brussels on 31 May-01
June 2016. Within the scope of the
abovementioned workshop, a
meeting was arranged between
Turkish Ministry Delegation
presided by Deputy Director
General Kasım ÇİÇEK and the
Belgium Delegation presided by
Steven LIMBOURG, Deputy
General Manager of International
Law Department of the Belgium
Ministry of Justice. In the meeting, the problems encountered
regarding the extradition of terrorist criminals were especially
dealt with and exchange of information on the extradition
legislation of both countries took place.

Yürütme Kom tes ” toplantısı
yapılmıştır. Uluslararası Hukuk ve
Dış İl şk ler Genel Müdür Yardımcısı
Ahmet BAŞARAN başkanlığındak
heyet m z le İran heyet arasında
gerçekleşen görüşmede suçluların
ades , ceza st nabe ve hükümlü nakl
şlemler kapsamında kalan konulara
değ n lm şt r. Heyet m z ayrıca İran
Başsavcı Vek l ne nezaket z yaret nde
bulunmuştur.
Toplantı sonunda; k ülke, adlî şb rl ğ n gel şt rmek ve
karşılaşılan sorunların çözümü hususunda görüş b rl ğ ne
varmıştır.

meeting between the Ministries of
Justice of Turkey and Iran was held
in Tehran on 24 -25 May 2016.

cr m nal matters and the transfer of
the convicts were raised in the
meeting conducted between the
Iranian Delegation and Turkish
Delegation under the presidency of
Ahmet BAŞARAN Deputy Director
General of The International Law
and Foreign Relations. Our
delegation also paid a courtesy visit
to the Deputy Chief Prosecutor of
Iran.
At the end of the meeting, both countries reached a consensus
to improve judicial cooperation and solve the problems
encountered.
