Mission UpReach Announces Annual Fundraising Campaign for 2016
Santa Rosa de Copán, Honduras, November 1, 2016 - Mission UpReach, Inc.
needs your help to raise $1 million for our annual campaign. This campaign,
which is now open for donations, will raise $1 million to support evangelistic
and community service work called The John 1010 Generation, an effort to
plant 1,010 churches throughout Western Honduras.
These funds will be applied equally to four of our core and support ministries:
CREO and CRESCO, our Christian leadership training activities; DESEO, our
public school values education effort; The Moses Project, an agricultural
training facility; and the community service collaborations with short-term
mission teams, which we call brigades.
Sixty percent will be applied to ongoing operations and 40% will be applied to
capital projects and to building capacity to expand our current programs or
grow new ones. The attached chart shows the projects that will be funded in
2017.

Donations can be directed to certain programs or given as a general donation
to benefit many areas. As the campaign progresses, a graphic will unveil new
details to reveal the success toward the goal.
A group of stakeholders is organizing a matching fund challenge of $500,000
to result in matching each donation dollar for dollar, including your gift.
