DESIGN
Their latest collection is the
‘New Leaf’ which feature
designs of the flower
Nymphaea that is a symbol
of rebirth across numerous
cultures.
Taking inspiration from nature and even the Orient for their pass
collections, Pebble Paper Design injects an element of whimsical
to their line of paper goods. It started in 2015 by classmates
Rachel Chew and Anni Tai and since then, the brand has stock
their products in places like Bali and Maldives while collaborating
with brands like Shu Uemura and Pestle & Mortar.
Their latest collection is the ‘New Leaf’ which feature designs
of the flower Nymphaea that is a symbol of rebirth across
numerous cultures, highlighting the theme of a new beginning.
This coincides with a new beginning of Rachel’s journey as a
solopreneur, even launching a new type of notebook, a planner.
The hardcover planner is a 12-month yearless planner with
180 pages, a great accessory to start of the new year and even
a suitable present to give to friends for 2017. For the planner
collection, Rachel works closely with print shop James Aries and
local florist Jane (@dearJFlower) to produce these masterful
pieces of stationery.
