Primary hypothesis:<br />

Appraisal system of employees' performance has relation with human resources<br />

productivity.<br />

Secondary hypotheses:<br />

1) Appraisal system of employees' performance has relation with component of<br />

"ability".<br />

2) Appraisal system of employees' performance has relation with component of<br />

"clarity".<br />

3) Appraisal system of employees' performance has relation with component of<br />

"assistance".<br />

4) Appraisal system of employees' performance has relation with component of<br />

"motivation".<br />

5) Appraisal system of employees' performance has relation with component of<br />

"appraisal".<br />

6) Appraisal system of employees' performance has relation with component of<br />

"authenticity".<br />

7) Appraisal system of employees' performance has relation with component of<br />

"environment".<br />

Research methodology<br />

In terms of content this research is of applied type and the researcher has established his<br />

research methodology on "descriptive-analytical, survey basis. It is survey in the way<br />

that the researcher intends to study and investigate in order to identify the situation of<br />

performance appraisal in the organization and its relation with human resources<br />

productivity and to represent a picture of it. The desired data has been obtained through<br />

sampling from the statistical population that will be used and analyzed.<br />

Statistical population and statistical sample All men and women employed in the<br />

Electronic Communication Company of Isfahan province participated in this survey<br />

that total number of them was 1985 persons. One hundred fourteen (114) persons were<br />

specified as statistical sample after calculations.<br />

Reliability and validity of the research<br />

In order to enhance the validity of the questionnaire, it has been tried to design<br />

questions simply and clearly so that not being ambiguous and incomprehensible for<br />

those taking part in the case study. Also, at the beginning a preliminary questionnaire<br />

was distributed among the employees and after gathering it was studied by professors<br />

of Isfahan University and guiding professor of the survey and experts of Electric<br />

Communication Company too. Some modifications were done for improvement and<br />

were confirmed by them. Reliability of the questionnaire was measured using cronbach<br />

alpha that was equal to 0.96.<br />

Data analysis<br />

Data analysis was done at two descriptive and inferential levels. Average central<br />

tendency index, frequency distribution table, standard deviation and diagram mapping<br />

were applied at descriptive level. At the inferential level T-parameter test was used in<br />

order to test the hypotheses and variance analysis of the repeated measures was applied<br />
